We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING within Australia and NZ.
Can I make a change to my order?
Maybe...If you haven't received an email with tracking details for your order, please contact us asap at hello@kennedyroad.com.au and we'll try to accommodate your change. Unfortunately if it has already been shipped, we are unable to assist.
I haven't received my order yet, can you help?
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, you may experience some delays between your order leaving us and reaching your mailbox. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Please email us at hello@kennedyroad.com.au if you would like us to investigate further.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and NZ. However, please contact us if you would like us to investigate sending to another country.
Is a tingling sensation normal when using Kennedy Road skincare?
Yes, it can be normal to feel a slight tingling sensation when you are using active products. However, if it’s more of a stinging than a tingle, please discontinue use.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Kennedy Road skincare products have a shelf life of 12-18 months, 6 months after opening.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. All of our packaging at Kennedy Road is recyclable. There is no need to remove caps and fittings before recycling.
Where are your products made?
All of the products available on our website are made in Australia.
